Experience into :
- LED Lighting Product design
- Research & Development
- Product Engineering
- Demonstrating creativity to support innovation & technology development
- Managing New Product Development - planning, coordinating a team of mechanical, electrical and electronic designers to design state-of-the-art lighting fixtures.
- Understand customer requirements and develop LED Lighting product specification.
- Selection of LED- s, Prototype building, BOM Pricing, testing and conducting design reviews.
- Resolve manufacturing issues and assist with product launch.
- Vendor development for New LED products development & sourcing of LED fixture parts.
