Client Information :

Our client is a leading engineering company founded 30 years ago, built a strong foundation and a spotless reputation as a manufacturer of pharmaceutical devices, toys, special purpose machines. In addition to primary products, they also manufacture high precision multi cavity plastic injection/compression moulds; die casting tooling, press tools, assembly machines for packaging and automation, and robotic devices.

Candidates with experience in Plastic Manufacturing will be preferred

Key Role & Responsibilities :

- New Product / Formulation Development as per design inputs Modification of Products.

- New Method Developments to carry our third-party certifications with Technical Head.

- Competitor's product analysis, Complaint Handling, Product Application trainings to sales technical team

- To develop and implement plans to ensure that the Product development has the necessary resources to meet Customer objectives and to participate in annual business planning.

- Knowledge in Plastic, Metals others Originate new products in concert with customer needs and business model. Design and develop a product or product family

- Develop and review design prototypes, perform test and finalize product design to facilitate mass production.

- Knowledge in Design software AutoCAD, PRO/E, etc. and knowledge in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Coral draw etc.

- Analyze new components, materials, and technologies to evaluate functionalities for all new product development.

- Prepare comprehensive project plans with technical objectives and detailed cost estimates.

- Analyze product cost and prepare schedule plans for effective implementation of projects.

- Provide backup services by advising and develop innovative ideas, concepts, and methods for same.

- Analyze and perform quantitative assessment of design prototypes in line with regulatory and industry norms to tackle all regulatory and marketing issues.

- Must be capable to make good presentations to explain the problems of samples produced by understanding the products assembly designs and requirements.

- Must be experienced in making the Presentations to highlight the tool design challenges, DFM and Moldflow.

- Knowledge in plastic injection moulds manufacturing, moulding process, defects and troubleshooting & tooling considerations & plastic moulded parts.

- According to Part defects, can provide suggestion, analysis, and improvements.

- Validate engineering changes request from customer.

- Sound technical and design knowledge in Mechanical considerations for products development.

- Hands-on, detailed product design or prototyping experience.

- Must have experience in maintaining standard ISO parameters.

Experience of Level : 5-8 years of experience

Educational Qualification : B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical
