Head - Research & Development - Specialty Products (15-25 yrs)
Job Role :
1. Knowledge of commodity and specialty products of biaxial films and their commercial applications.
2. Hands on experience on the development of various substitute products out of films
3. Experience on Research and New Product Development and their validation processes.
4. Can address the market need and integrate supply chain and processes in order to develop new products with commercial viability.
5. Has the techno commercial acumen for the successful launch of new products its marketability and profitability .
6. Can establish the RnD Lab, make the RnD organization and lead the team .
7. Good in people management, communication, presentation, MIS and interactive skill as required for the leadership position.
8. New generation products launched / to be launched in the domestic and global market their recipes and benchmarking with our existing or proposed substitute products.
9. Hands on experience of metallizing, coating, holography and various types of label products like PSL, Shrink labels etc in domestic and global market.
10. Working experience the related industry of repute at the leadership or second to the leadership position.
