Head/Senior General Manager - Manufacturing & SCM - Farm Machinery (18-30 yrs)
- Looking at someone to Head Mfg & SCM Functions for the Farm Machinery business of a Global Leader in the Tractor/Agri industry, with bringing clear strengths in Contract Manufacturing and SCM.
- Professional with an ability to handle multi location/ multi product kind of complexity. Should be a technical product
- Strong Techno Commercial Profile
- Ability to identify strong suppliers/ contract mfg and work closely them in implementing best manufacturing practices in order to derive right product at optimum quality and price.
- Ability to handle overall SCM including outbound logistics for the finished goods.
- Individual Role, but should have an ability to work with indirect teams and promoter/ partners.
- BE Mechanical/ Production with 18-20 years- experience from strong Automotive/ Engineering Companies.
