Head - Sourcing Manager (8-10 yrs)
A leading FMCG client of ours is looking for a Head-Sourcing, role to be based in Mumbai.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identification of Contract Manufacturers/ Third Party Manufacturers
- Vendor Development-of Contract Manufacturers
- Managing the entire Sourcing Strategy for category
- Lead all commercial negotiations for Contract Manufacturing parties
- Transitioning to Operations team to manage the Contract Manufacturing
- Analyze and communicate business performance on broad business perspective
- Align on business priorities and undertake strategic Supply Chain initiates
- Drive operational excellence for Sourcing-RM, PM, Identification of Contract Manufacturers
- Contribute to business success by Ensuring Stock Availability at Optimum Costs to meet the Customer Service Target
- Identify gaps in Demand & Supply for medium/long term & suggest Capacity Expansions to bridge this gap
