Head - Supply Assurance - Truck/Vehicles - IIT/NSIT/BIT/DCE + IIM/FMS/NMIMS/XLRI (7-10 yrs)

Core Responsibilities :

- Responsible for building pan India assured network of truck suppliers (brokers, fleet owners)

- Responsible for building adequate supply of trucks in respective city / cluster to serve the demand from customers

- Responsible for verification / validation of credentials of onboarded supply partner through own / third parties

- Ensure discipline & compliance by supply business partners

- Increase tech penetration amongst business partners through training, hand-holding & high levels of engagement.

- Lead a team of regional & territory supply managers to ensure smooth supply of vehicles pan India

- Meet business performance targets defined for business partners in terms of size of business, supply level & many others.

- Measure forecast accuracy at multiple levels and prepare monthly accuracy reports, conduct root cause analysis to understand reasons for forecast failures/deviations

- Interact and work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and being on track with both short and long term supply.

Qualifications :

Education :

IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs, NSIT, DCE) + IIM/Tier-1 MBA colleges (NMIMS, FMS, Symbiosis, XLRI)

Years of experience : 7-9 years

Personal attributes :

Strong team management and leadership skills required - especially to deal with varied stakeholders and entrepreneurial business partners.

We are looking for go-getters, with high drive and ownership

English & Hindi Knowledge must; local vernacular language preferred in regions where important

Candidate should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment
