Head - Supply Chain (15-30 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our Sourcing, Supply Chain & Quality Operations. This role will drive strategies across vendor sourcing, product lifecycle management, supply chain optimization, and after-sales services while leading a large, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee sourcing, supply chain, and quality assurance functions end-to-end.
- Drive supplier management, inventory planning, warehousing, and distribution.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee product lifecycle from vendor onboarding to customer satisfaction.
- Develop, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and risk controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business (Master's preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in sourcing & supply chain, including 5+ years in leadership.
- Proven expertise in process implementation, supplier/vendor management, and cost optimization.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Age: Above 40 Years
- Working Hours: 10 Am- 6:30 Pm
- Working Days: 6 Days (Monday -Saturday)
- Strong Background: OEMs, Sourcing of Finished Goods, Indian Markets, Supply chain- e commerce
- Leading a team of four people (Quality, Sourcing, After sales, Supply)
