- Handling end to end supply chain management in India.
- Sourcing raw materials and responsible for Vendor Development and Quality Control.
- Handled Logistics for both incoming raw materials as well as finished goods.
- Responsible for inventory management including safety stocks analysis.
- Multiple Sales Channel handling ( Modern Trade, E-commerce, EBOs, MBOs, CSD).
- Managing Warehousing & Distribution function to ensure availability of products to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
