Head - Supply Chain Management - Pharmaceutical (15-25 yrs)
We have been retained by one of the fastest growing Mumbai based Pharmaceutical companies to select a person as Head - Supply Chain with complete responsibility for Purchase, Planning and Distribution.
This position will report into the Head - Operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Commercial and R & D Procurement Functions
- Lead the National and International Planning and Logistics functions
- Running the Cost Engineering Programs
- Budgeting and Planning
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance capacity utilization and process/ machine efficiency.
- Develop capability and Ensure goal setting and performance appraisal of the team
