Position- Chief Manager- Textile

Location- Any where in Plant Location - Chennai / Gwalior / Thailand ( Candidate must open for any location)

Qualification - Only B.Tech/BE- Textile with spinning with Loom (Weaving) experience

Experience- Min- 10 Year

Age- Not More Than 43 Years

Purpose of the Profile-

Plan and achieve targeted production & packing of greige fabric (twisting & weaving) and Dipped fabric, economically and safely.

Plan and manage the maintenance of twisters, TFO, winders, Air jet looms, and Dipping machine economically and safely.

Decision making Boundaries

- Can approve manufacturing related expenditure as Per DOP.

- Can approve product specifications, Standard Operating Conditions and Certificate of

Analysis (COA) for customers

- Can approve purchased raw materials and packing materials

- Can recommend budgets for Griege & dipped MT function

- Can recommend promotions and compensation based on performance of team members

- Can approve team members for internal / external training

- Can approve tour plans for MT members for participate in various competitions & visits

- Can approve improvements changes in manufacturing area for improving quality and machine efficiency.

- Updating the quality & Safety STD on time-to-time basis by conducting External & Internal Audits.

- Plan for growth opportunities to team members
