Job Description :

1.Handling customer right from input capturing followed by the receipt of skin data for starting the final design process until final development.

2. Looking after FEA flow analysis using Mould Flow Part Adviser for part optimization keeping manufacturability in to consideration

3. Heading a team of Engineers & Managers to carry out detailed study of the part drawings effectively and confirming the feasibility of manufacturing. 4.Requirements to the customers & suggesting changes in the product data during development stages.

5. Managing functions like Design, Tool room, Moulding, Paint shop, Vendor Development, Sourcing and Handling complete operation management in co-ordination with Purchase & SCM Departments related to plastic & Rubber and sheet metal components.

6. Developed wide range of speedometers and cluster moulds for various customers.

7. Developed wide range of sheet metal parts like Odo frame, bridge plate, mounting brackets, vehicle hood and dial blanking tools for plastic PC sheets.

Salary:INR 10,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A. 1
