Head - Vendor Management - Electrical/Switchgears (20-25 yrs)
Title - Head - Vendor Management
Level - SGM / AVP
Location - Head Office, Noida
Work Exp - 20-22 yrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and assessing capabilities of Vendors / Suppliers
Qualifying them on:
- Financial capacities
- Equipment
- Process flow
- Along with Quality / CRI
- Finalizing commercial agreements
- Negotiating long term contracts with multiple vendors - India and Abroad.
- Evaluate and monitor contracts to ensure vendors comply with contractual terms and conditions
- Vendor risk assessment
- Monitor and Analyze Vendor Performance and Categorizing them on that basis
- Development of A Class Vendors
- Troubleshoot vendor problems affecting supply chain and possible measures
Requirements:
- B.Tech, with MBA (preferred)
- Has worked with multiple vendors in India and China
- Strong ability in doing vendor qualification
- Should have handled at least 3000 plus cores of supplies
- Very strong negotiating skills with a long term strategic perspective
- Has ability to work on multiple business perspective such as R&D, Quality
- Handling team
- Has the leadership capability in last 5 years in handling suppliers in India and abroad at a management level.
