Healofy - Senior Executive - Operations (2-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Building world-class experience for users at all touchpoints at all stages of the journey

- Ensuring proper tracking and communication to the customers on in transit and upon delivery

- Owing the AWB metric to ensure 100% AWB numbers are available while shipped

- Managing the status update on CRM on a daily basis

- Owning the complete tracking and communication experience from shipped to delivered

- Oversees and reports daily, weekly, monthly metrics

- Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution

- Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.

- Keeping informed of industry trends and new CRM technologies

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in a relevant stream

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and coordinate accordingly

- Exposure to e-commerce customer grievance handling is highly desired

- Data handling with Excel and SQL/Metabase,

- Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction

- Ability to communicate with others effectively

- Ability to conduct research for special projects, respond to timely inquiries, and present written/ oral briefings

- Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues

- Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations
