Heat Engineering - Tyre Manufacturing (4-12 yrs)
a. Thermo couple study & design of cure spec.
b. Knowledge on Tyre Engineering & Compounding,
- Conduct and review of Thermocouple and Blow point analysis on regular and experimental basis and validation of results and initiate further actions desired.
- Process validation and verification
- Initiate new process development in tyre curing as per the organisational requirements.
- Initiate corrective and preventive measures in curing with engineering
- Cure chart analysis and disposition of cure aberration tyres.
- Bladder stretch calculation and correct Bladder size selection for new design skus.
- Defect analysis of product on regular basis and improve.
- Review and control of non- conforming products
- Process trouble shooting.
Exp - minimum 3 yrs in Heat Engineering
Location - Gujarat
