Hicotronics Devices - Senior Engineer - RF Design (3-5 yrs)
The Role : Senior RF Design Engineer
We expect :
- To have a positive and productive approach towards the organization.
- Reporting to Lead Engineer on the projects.
- Good team player having an enigmatic approach towards problem solving, decision making and innovative skills.
Expertise and Basic Qualification :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in RF design.
- Very good design experience in Chain level and Module Level.
- Good understanding of RF Parameters like, Gain, P1dB, noise figure, output power IP3, VSWR or Return Loss, Isolation, phase, spurious and Harmonics.
- Knowledge on Spur analysis of mixers.
- Chain level parameter analysis, components selection based on design requirements.
- Very good knowledge in Design tools like Orcad, ADS, HFSS, Genysis and Altium.
- Good experience in Working on UP/Down Converters, TR Modules, Synthesizers, power dividers, mixers, switches, isolators and circulators.
- Good experience in prototype bring-up and functional verification using test bench.
- Good hands on experience on RF Equipment's handling.
- Good knowledge on circuit theory, On board DC - DC conversion based on circuit requirements.
- Strong knowledge on understanding of LDMoS, GaN devices characteristics.
- Chain level circuit simulation in design tools.
- Lumped element and micro strip filters design.
Education : BE / B-Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
