HIL Testing Role (7-10 yrs)
Qualification : B. E/B. Tech in ECE/EEE/EIE - M. E/M. Tech in ECE/EEE/EIE
Experience : 7-10 Years
Technical Details :
- Hands on Testing Experience (Manual & Automate)
- NI Data Acquisition, NI LabVIEW, NI Vision and Mission Image processing,
- Exposure on HiL instrument tools ETAS LabCAR, dSPACE SCALEXIO, NI Test Stand automation development
- RPA tools expertise to create and maintain Robotics test functionalities
- Hands on Experience with CANoe, CANalyzer and other CAN/LIN tools
- Knowledge on Automotive Standards and NABL accreditation
- Experienced in debugging of product functionalities
- Customized API development for integration of different branded test and measurement instruments
- Implementing Test setups with communication protocols (CAN/LIN/UART/I2C/SPI/BLE/WiFi.)
Job Responsibilities :
- Analyzing Customer Requirements
- Conducting Feasibility studies to prepare clarification log
- Create Test plans to meet real time Field issues at Lab Environment in automotive standards
- Reviewing Automation Test Scripts development in LabVIEW, Matlab, Python and TestStand.
- Scheduling and maintaining HiL Test machine
Execution :
- Test Report review for System Integration, Black box and Failure injection testing
- Care taker of CAPEX initiatives to enhance the test environment development in accordance to technology road map
- Training the GET, Engineers to enrich the compitency for productivity improvement
