Job Title : HOD Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and oversee the design and analysis of structural systems for buildings, water retaining structures-, and other infrastructure projects

- Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.

- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure that designs meet project requirements.

- Develop and maintain design standards, procedures, and guidelines for structural engineering.

- Stay up-to-date with advances in structural engineering technology and best practice.

- Qualifications :

- Bachelor's in Civil with Master's degree in Structural Engineering.

- 10 - 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building and infrastructure projects, preferably water retaining structures.

- Expertise in structural design and analysis software, such as ETABS, RCDC, SAFE, REVIT, TEKLA, Audo CAD or STAAD Pro, etc.

- Strong knowledge of Water Structures/Building/Roads codes and standards, such as IRC, IS, IRS, NBC.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Team management

- Experience in water/wastewater treatment sector preferred.
