Urgently looking for Fragrance Specialist for a leading company in beauty and wellness based in Gurgaon.
Exp: 4 to 6 yrs
Qualification : MSc/BSc Microbiology
Technical Knowledge : GC MS, UV Spectrometer, PH Meter, PCR Gel casting, MS office
Work Responsibility :
1. To develop fragrances for commercially viable products in cosmetics, baby, beauty, oils etc, cost analysis and conduct market mapping, pricing as trend to established brands in market.
2. Evaluation of production Beauty creams, essential oils, body lotion, perfume and more.
3. Provides guidance to subordinates in process improvement and establishing policies. Oversee all quality control and R&D
4. Develop comprehensive quality control requirements and procedures for each project, including product sample rates, QC and R&D rating scales, and flowcharts for solving production issues.
5. Matching of fragrances by GCMS instrument and different types of applications as per marketing brief and customer requirements.
