We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Horticulturist to oversee and manage horticultural operations for our diverse range of projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in plant care, landscaping, and sustainable practices, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and aesthetic excellence across gardens, parks, and urban green spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, implement, and manage horticulture and landscaping projects.

- Oversee the maintenance of plants, lawns, trees, and shrubs across various sites.

- Supervise and train horticulture and gardening staff.

- Develop and implement sustainable horticulture practices, including water conservation, pest management, and soil health.

- Collaborate with architects, planners, and clients to achieve project goals.

- Manage budgets, procure materials, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

- Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain quality and health of plant materials.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, plant diseases, and new technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in horticulture, landscaping, or urban greening projects.

- Strong knowledge of plant species, soil science, pest and disease management.

- Experience in managing teams and liaising with multiple stakeholders.

- Proficient in budgeting and project management.

- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Familiarity with local environmental and horticultural regulations is a plus.
