Job Description :
1. Preparing plans, designs, drawings, Interior designing views, elevations, and respective works as per the requirement
2. Strong knowledge and experience in vendor connect and management
3. Reviewing and preparing plans, designs, drawings, Interior designing views, elevations, and respective works as per the requirement
4. Undertake design project from concept to completion
5. Define project requirements and schedule during the - brief-
6. Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
7. Set costs and project fees according to budget
8. Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
9. Produce - sample- and - mood products-
10. Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
11. Supervise work progress
Requirement :
1. Qualification : Bachelors or Masters in Architecture (B.Arch) or BS degree in Interior Design or similar
2. Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
3. Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
4. Proficiency in Auto-cad, Sketch up, V-ray or equivalent soft wares.
5. 4+ years experience in the related industry
6. Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
7. Communication and presentation skills
8. Project management skill
9. Ability to work both as an individual and a team
