Job Summary:

seeking an experienced and dedicated HPT (High-Pressure Turbine) Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining high-pressure turbine systems in an industrial environment, ensuring maximum efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor High-Pressure Turbine (HPT) systems.

- Maintain operational parameters such as pressure, temperature, and flow rates.

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HPT equipment.

- Record and analyze equipment data; report anomalies to maintenance teams.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company operating procedures.

- Coordinate with engineers, shift supervisors, and other operators for smooth operations.

- Maintain logs, checklists, and records as per standard operating procedures.

- Respond quickly and effectively to equipment alarms or emergencies.

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Power Plant or related field.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with turbines or high-pressure systems.

- Knowledge of turbine operations, control systems, and maintenance practices.

- Ability to read technical manuals and P&ID diagrams.

- Familiarity with industrial safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).

- Physically fit and able to work in shifts.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with SCADA/DCS systems.

- Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

- Teamwork and communication abilities.
