Qualifications
- BE (Mechanical/Electrical) OR Post Graduate in Environmental Science
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from approved State Regional Labor Institute
Experience :
- 3- 5 years in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and ESG compliance within manufacturing
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain HSE management systems, procedures, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (GPCB, DISH, PESO, etc.)
- Manage hazardous waste, biomedical waste, e-waste, and plastic waste disposal
- Monitor Zero Liquid Discharge facilities, ETP/STP operations
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and HSE committee meetings
- Drive ESG implementation and compliance
- Lead emergency preparedness, fire safety systems, and mock drills
- Perform risk assessments, job safety analysis, and RCA for incidents
- Train employees and contractors on HSE awareness and culture
- Support project safety during expansions and new projects
