HT Design Engineer - Electrical Panel (7-14 yrs)
We are looking for the candidate have good knowledge in electrical panel designing.
- Design & Development of medium voltage electrical panels. (11KV & 33KV)
- New Product Conceptualization, Designing and Launch of Switchgear Enclosure, Electrical panels, Fabrication Product and Costing, Rapid Prototyping, PPC, Project Monitoring.
- Expertise in providing design solutions across domains such as Electromechanical & Sheet Metal with product range including Switchgear Enclosures, Cabinets, Housings, Modules, Truck & Trollies, Base Frames.
- Proficient in managing various phases of product design & development process including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, prototyping, testing, failure mode design analysis, vendor management, production planning and quality management.
- Divergent outlook with creative approach to planning & implementation; strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving & organizational capabilities; innate flair for accepting challenges with capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on the quality of work.
- Providing cost affecting ideas & Solution for cost reduction in Sheet Metal Enclosure and bus bar arrangement and Consumption. Active participation in cost benefits measures.
- Candidate should know about the type test & its processes as per the IEC Standards.
- Experience of testing the panel in CPRI/ERDA.
- Expert in designing Indoor & Outdoor type prototypes for different types of panels.
- Should be familiar with 3D Software's & can guide the subordinates.
