Hub Operations Executive (2-4 yrs)
As a Hub Executive, you would be expected to :
- Responsible for the operations of the hub for the allocated shift
- Handle driver planning and availability at the hub for incoming vehicle
- Manage driver changeover at the hub within time limit within the shift
- Maintain driver relationships to be able to convince them drive through the hubs in case of driver crisis
- Ensure timely arrival and departure of truck and coordinate with central operations team for the same
- Ensure hub to hub transit time of the vehicles are within the designated limits and no unscheduled stoppage takes place
- Maintenance of the hub infrastructure and assets
- Carry out toll cash management
- Manage vehicle inspection and maintenance activities of the fleet whenever required within the allocated shift
- Coordinate with central operations team for border related documents
- Handle RTO (Regional Transport Office) documentations regarding trucks and transport
