HVAC Draftsman (3-7 yrs)
HVAC Draftsman (revit Must) :-
Degree Required :-
I.T.I. Draftsman/engineering diploma.
On Contract for 1 year.
Location :- Chembur.
Training Required :-
Proficiency in pencil and paper drafting, background in Computer Aided Design and CADD experience a plus
Experience in preparation of drawings in Revit.
Key Skills :-
Surveying and measurements, mechanical drafting, HVAC,electrical, plumbing Drainage & firefighting drawings.
Certification
I.T.I Draftsman, Engineering Diploma,
certification by the Autodesk or other CADD institute could be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Draftsman to have solid background in computer-aided design
- Draw / Model out technical drawings and plans that are used in a variety of projects in Revit
- Specialize in a particular field, such as HVAC, Plumbing, drainage & Fire Fighting & Electrical drafting,
- Typically Should be able to read and understand Architectural & Structural drawings & Details
- Utilize computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) programs to draw up drafts and designs.
- Should have Knowledge of 3D modeling & Use of Revit MEP for preparation of drawings
- Coordination of MEP Service clash detection through Revit & Material Takeoff.
