HVAC Engineer - Air Conditioner (5-10 yrs)
Description :
1. Candidate must have hands-on On-site experience of handling HVAC (Air-conditioning) projects executional activities with Pharmaceuticals Or FMCG industries.
2. He will be responsible for the overall site executional activities w.r.t HVAC (Air conditioning)-Pharma.
3. He should be read and execute the construction drawings and prepare as-built drawings.
4. He will be responsible for qualifications and validations of complete HVAC system with execution and documentations with following :
- Area Qualification/validation.
- HVAC qualifications/validations with DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ and handing over of HVAC.
5. He should be able to execute the work in line with Project schedule with work activities and manpower alignments.
6. He should be able to conduct site meeting with minutes preparation.
7. He will be responsible quality and safety of job to be executed.
8. He has to follow the hierarchical reporting structure.
9. He must be well-versed with Computer literacy (Ms-office / Emails etc.)
10. He must be good in communication skills and Co-ordinations with Clients, Superiors, Colleagues & Subordinates.
