HVAC R&D - CAD/CFD (5-13 yrs)
1. Experience in plastic design using CATIA V5
2. Experience in HVAC design using CAD tools
3. Experience in kinematic simulation using CATIA V5 would be an added advantage
4. Experience in 3d model generation with importance to design & manufacturing aspects
5. Release of 3d, 2d details for Proto, Mass production
6. Knowledge in design for Manufacturability
7. Knowledge in design for Thermal and Structural aspects, preparing CAD data for CFD HVAC design and structural requirements
8. Knowledge in APQP and program driven process ie working in data management & ERP platform experience
9. Experience in Benchmarking and Reverse Engineering
10. DFMEA execution with cross functional environment
11. Concepts building for new Prototypes against RFQ- s
12. Preparing Testing & Validation plan
13. Controlling Design & Design change Documents
14. Developing new system tools for enhancing effectiveness of existing systems
15. Understanding the importance of Verification tools and assisting Fluids & Structural team in execution of Simulation/Calculations effectively. Knowledge/Experience in CFD/Thermal Calculations/FEA is an added advantage
