Roles and

Responsibilities: 

1. Define and balance all the requirements to be considered in the development of the power management components to ensure maximum commonality.

2. Analyse project and technical needs and lead- development of ECUs- such as- Battery Power Management Unit.

3. Drive technical concepts and ensure supplier agreements in place.

4. Define and follow the validation plan.

5. Collaborate with in-house software development team to plan the supplier deliveries.

6.- Participate in project risk analyzes. DFMEA, SFMEA- etc.

7. Drive installation and ensure Documentation of our solutions (releases).

8. Track the supplier development progress.

9. Follow the- APQP process.

10. Follow the development process and release the documents like review of technical specification, part application approval etc.

11. Lead critical issues problem solving in collaboration with the suppliers and within the team.

12. Capitalize knowledge around protection and distribution components.

13. Contribute to continuous improvement on tools, work methods and the development process.
