Hydraulic Excavator Trainer - Open Cast Coal Mines (7-10 yrs)
Qualification Required : 10th Pass + Heavy Driving License
Experience Required : Minimum 7 - 10 Years (Excavator Operating experience)
Objective: To achieve 3 trips per hour with the lead of 3 Km.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
To train the Excavator Operators in safety check points like:
1. Personal Safety.
2. Machine Safety
3. Work area safety.
4. Auto Fire Safety.
- To check cabin features and identify any repairs and identify proper maintenance off Check sheet filling
- To ensure proper machine walk around and onboard inspection
- To ensure starting and stopping procedure, even during the emergency
- To ensure and report fuel consumption study
- To ensure proper loading method with bucket filling factor for maximum loading
- To maintain proper cycle time during loading process
