Job Description :
- Hydraulic component design & integration study for different platforms of tractor & generating concept design.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process of Casting & forging components for Hydraulic systems
- Drawing and Assembly of tractor components as per requirement & design of interface parts. Stack up Analysis for creating new drawings.
- Field Failure Analysis and Resolutions to solve field and manufacturing related problems.
- Prepare statement of requirements form for Hydraulic proprietary parts
- Calculations of Tractor Lift capacity and three point linkages
- Value engineering on hydraulic related components, looking after three point linkages, hydraulic pipe designing
- Checking design with Digital mock-up with available EBOM or layouts of tractor.
- Functional Knowledge of Tractor Hydraulic system with different implements on agriculture applications
- Exposure on complete hydraulic system experience & Hydraulic analysis
