IFCCI - Project Manager- Real Estate/Construction Sector (5-8 yrs)
Company Profile : The company is into corporate real estate, largely provides services to civil engineering and construction sectors.
Responsibility :
1. Management
- Organize and manage project team member - internal ones (Quality engineer, safety engineer, etc.) but also external (engineering consultancy, technical inspection)
- Plan and lead project weekly meetings.
2. Management of the construction Safety, Costs, Quality and Time Schedule
- Make sure works are realized within Safety at all times
- Guarantee the budget and that margins are respected.
- Follow up the general quality of the works realized.
- Create the project time schedule and assure its compliance.
3. Contract Management
- Guarantee the compliance of the project to the clients contractual requirements.
- Assure the respect by the contractors of their own contracts.
4. Sales - Client relation :
- Be the client main contact point. Follow up his needs and negotiate the modification works
Required Profile :
The company is looking for someone who is a team player, open minded, motivated, looking for challenge, open and interested in western culture and procedures.
Education :
- Master degree in Civil Engineering
- Tools: pack office, Autocad, Microsoft Project & Powerpoint
Experience :
- 5- 8 years experience minimum in Logistic or Industrial construction
- Having worked studied in France or abroad would be a plus.
Language :
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Tamil.
- Knowledge of French is a plus.
