Import Manager - Freight Forwarder (4-14 yrs)
Import Manager
Office Location : Santacruz, Mumbai
- Handling all Import documentation & coordination with CHA, freight forwarders & transporters.
- To manage and oversee the daily warehouse and logistics activity.
- Visiting Port Customs & CFS for clearance purpose.
- Preparing MIS report for all import shipment.
- Handling Shipment Costing.
- Coordinating with Warehouse people for dispatches and inventory.
- Coordinating with internal clearance team of CHA & Dock Supervisor.
- Regularly preparing remittance document and sending to the banking institutions on a timely basis for payment.
- Preparing ILC documents, coordinating with the bank and supplier for the same and maintained data.
- Preparing all SAD refund documents and handling SAD refund work
Requirement :
- Preferably Graduate
- Fluent English
- Dynamic and Hard working
