Incharge - Mechanical Maintenance - Pet Convertors (5-12 yrs)
About Client : This is one of the largest Pet Convertors in India.
Position : Mechanical Maintenance Incharge
Experience : 5+ Years
Location : Kharagpur ( plant )
Job Type : Full-time opportunity, Direct payroll
Compensation : Negotiable for the right candidate
Qualification : BE/B.Tech
Competencies Required :
- Should have knowledge of CAD and 3D Drawing
- Should have basic knowledge in computer applications like MS Office, Outlook etc.
- Working Experience : 3+ Years of working experience in RPET Wash Line/RPET Extrusion Line
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirement.
- Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
- Using careful measuring and testing instruments report using CMMS package (SAP)
- Carry out lubrication to plant as schedule
- Knowledge of (welding) repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
- Communicate with operators to establish early equipment failure.
- Maintain equipment, parts and inventories, anticipating needed equipment, parts and supplies, placing work order in SAP
- Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Carry out predictive maintenance activities like vibration monitoring etc. on moving mechanical parts like gearboxes, bearings etc.
- Inspection of new received mechanical parts in engineering store.
- Attend all breakdowns and undertake repairs as required. Trouble shooting should be fast and effective
