Business of the Company:

The Company is in the business of managing operating projects in the space of core infrastructure viz toll roads, highways, bridges. It owns and manages multiple projects across India by way of individual operating companies on PPP basis. The company is promoted and backed by strong pedigree of sponsor developer and long term international investors. Company has invested over Rs 10,000 crore in such assets with intention to further invest and grow the platform.

At NHAI/PWD projects for serving safe passage/ travelling experience to Road user, NHAI implement various Technology (Toll Management Systems, Advance Traffic Management Systems) which provide user about road conditions (Road Closure/ Diversion/ Accident etc), for safe and smooth passage during travelling. As per NHAI requirement various systems installed on Toll Plaza and roadside for monitoring purposes should be UP and running conditions 24X7X365 days monthly average to be maintained 99% (TMS) & 95% (ATMS) uptime of each individual systems. There are various equipment's involve for example:

A. Toll Management System at Toll Plaza

a. Fastag Systems

b. Plaza Monitoring Systems

c. Electrical System (Specific to TMS)

d. Communication Systems

B. ATMS/ HTMS Systems

a. Emergency Call Boxes System

b. Closed Circuit Television System

c. Variable Message Signboards System

d. Meteorological System

e. Automatic Traffic Counter and Classifier

f. Speed Enforcement Camera System

g. Fiber Backbone System/ RF Link System

h. Central Control Room System

i. Sub Center System

j. Power supply/ Solar Panel System

To maintain TMS and ATMS SLA, we would require to have specific resource who can dedicatedly/ exclusively work to Run/ Operate/ Maintain TMS/ ATMS/ HTMS system and report. To fulfill these requirements, Functional Manager (Equipment In-Charge) candidates is required at site location, who can over all monitor and keep system functional as per NHAI SLA.

Job descriptions for the Functional Manager (Equipment In-Charge) as mentioned below

Job Descriptions:

1. Functional Requirement:

a. Create / Observe / implement Daily Monitoring Plan of TMS/ ATMS Sub Systems

b. Create / Observe / Implement Daily/ Monthly/ Yearly Backup plan of TMS/ATMS Sub System

c. Create / Observe / Implement MIS report for Daily/ Weekly/ Yearly formats

d. Create / Observe / Implement Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Yearly Preventive Maintenance schedule for TMS/ATMS Sub System

e. Create / Observe / Implement Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Yearly Corrective Maintenance schedule for TMS/ATMS Sub System

f. Create / Observe / Monitor yearly consumptions Budget for TMS/ATMS Sub System

g. Create / Observe / Implement Daily Progress report if any Repair/ Maintenance/ New Implementation activity is in progress

h. Envisage spares/ assets consumption lists for smooth running of TMS/ATMS system as per NHAI SLA

i. IE/ NHAI official coordination with respect to TMS/ATMS system

j. TMS/ATMS system Monthly MIS to verify/ correct and share with Project Head for further submission to NHAI

k. SPOC for TMS/AMTS systems for IE/NHAI/Project team

2. Administrative Requirement:

- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in installation/ Commissioning/ Maintenance experience in TMS/ HTMS/ ATMS System and Sub Systems

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Functional Expert/Functional Management in TMS/ HTMS/ ATMS System and Sub Systems

- Minimum 5-8 TMS/ HTMS/ ATMS project implementation/ maintenance experience in end-to-end service

- Minimum 3-4 Implemented / maintained project should be minimum 100 km long with all above mentioned TMS (12 Lanes Per plaza/ 2 Toll Plaza per project) / AMTS Sub Systems

- Minimum having 3-6 engineer/ technician directly reports for various functions

- Must Possess follow soft skills

- Team Management

- Communication Skills

- Team Player

- Integrity

3. Education:

a. Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor Of Technology from Computer/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering.

Salary is not a constraint for a right candidate

Location : Maharashtra/Rajasthan

However Candidate should be willing to relocate anywhere in PAN India based on company's requirement
