Procurement Lead: Strategic Sourcing, CoE, APAC

China, Taiwan, Manila, Indonesia, Vietnam, S. Korea, Thailand, Singapore

Desired Job Skills:

Strong Sourcing experience with ability to e-source suppliers in any APAC region as mentioned

Should have annually managed $10 MUSD Sourcing and at least $ 20 MSD Spends individually

Minimum experience: 8 - 10 years Indirect Procurement. (Optional preference: SCM exposure)

Worked in hybrid set up - Manual and Automated PR Tools & Processes

Tech Savvy with capability to manage e-procure tools as we grow

1. Flexible with working hours, Willingness to learn, Quick learner, pro-active and not reactive

2. Individual contributor, Leadership qualities, Ability to grow, manage cross functional Teams

3. Worked with similar organizations, proven record as a sustained long term player

4. Smart Communication skills to manage functional stakeholders through logical positioning

5. Graduation is a Must. B.com along with Additional relevant Qualification / SCM is preferred

6. Professional experience in MS Word advanced Excel, PPT, MS Suite and email Management

7. Good English proficiency with sharp communication skills

8. Mandarin and or Cantonese and Other APAC region language - mandatory
