Indospace Development Management - Draughtsman - AutoCAD (6-10 yrs)
Position/Designation : Autocad, Draughtsman
Function/Reports to : AVP - Leasing Support
Location : Mumbai
Experience (In yrs) : 6-10
Specific Experience (Industry, Company, Function etc.) : Industrial & warehouse, commercial or residential building services
Basic Qualification : ITI - Draughtsman full time course from reputed institute.
Professional Qualification : The incumbent should have exposure (10 to 12 yrs) in Drafting of MEP services layouts
Technical Qualification :
- Applicant should have expert level knowledge in AutoCAD Release 2010 & Higher.
- ITI with AUTO CAD certifications.
Critical Skills :
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if situation demands.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural and diverse team environment.
- Responsible for evaluation of designs received from various design consultants/design architects. Project coordination with domestic & international design consultants / architects to enhance the design of the projects at site.
Job Responsibilities :
Core Responsibilities :
Preparation of following services drawings :
- Making necessary changes in the drawings.
- Taking print outs and filing of the CAD drawings. Presenting views on Photo Shop. Making specific detail drawings.
- Calculating and making Area Statements.
- Coordination with architects / consultants / Site. Evaluation of designs sent by the architects / consultants & Verifying Bills of Quantity (BOQ).
- Single line diagram, substation layout, internal & external lighting layout, power layout, fire alarm system, lightning protection, cable routing,
- Plumbing: Internal & external layouts for domestic and treated water supply, sewage drainage, storm drainage with typical details & sections
- Schematic layout, internal & external hydrant, sprinkler layout, Underground tank & pump room plan with sections, extinguishers layout.
- Preparation of coordinated external Services (Infra) drawing & section details of manholes, valve chambers, storm water catch basins, cable pulling chambers, underground cable laying details etc.
- Good Visualization of Architectural drawings
- Keeping record & documentation of all building services including drawing, drawing transmittals, product catalogues, etc
- Exposure of MEP system added an advantage.
