Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with work station set up for lean manufacturing
- Work station balance/ Operator Balance Charts (multiple projects and product lines)
- Time Studies as required
- Assist with tool selection for line balance and ergonomic considerations
- Understanding of Value Stream Maps - creating, updating, and reading
- Review work at all work stations for ergonomic and lean manufacturing considerations and make recommendations for improvement as appropriate
- Having the experience in Auto-CAD.
- Understanding of Plant Supermarkets, tugger routes, and PFEP
- Standard hour calculations for budget preparation/ hours per vehicle summaries
