Industrial Engineer - Plant Simulations (0-1 yrs)
Job Description :
- Establish and Maintain the Key IIP of all plants and provide proactive insights for the action items.
- Carry out improvement and Kaizen projects for capacity and productivity keeping cost in mind.
- Lead the IE activity at plant level for special project and liaison with stakeholder for timely completion.
- To be an Company's Productivity Manager
- Maintain Capacity statement for efficiency and Effectiveness.
- Control, propose and report the head count in direct and indirect areas.
- Bring in the latest development and market trends with respect to IE tools like, time studies, SWC's, MMO's etc in organizational implementation plan.
- Implement IE Management System at plants and regular check for the adherence and compliance.
- Improve the manufacturing standards by leading project to do more with the same or to do the same with less. Define Target base improvement along with standard base improvement
- Analytically capable to solely setup plant simulations
