Industrial Engineer - Textile Industry (1-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- To manage and finalist rates for all items in production from cutting to finishing based on SAM value
- In case of stitching - should be able to advise operator / contractor / line manager the operation manually on machine himself. In short, should have ability to stitch and prove his point.
- Should have technical know how and ability to identify attachments and guide technicians to install those parts on his own.
- Should be willing to challenge status quo in established rates by way of increasing efficiency in operations.
- Should have negotiation skills and ability to make different factories and teams compete to reduce operational costs.
- All operation bulletins to be finalized prior to PP submission in order to ensure all PPs sent are production friendly.
- Should have ability to implement operation bulletins and bring line to ideal output independently.
- Summarized rate reporting to director on weekly basis.
- Conduct budget meetings on weekly basis to advise fresh targets.
