Job Description

Experience - 2 to 8 years

Location - Jamshedpur (WFO)

Must have - Industrial security, security management, security operation

To drive and administer effective Security Operations for protection of company assets, crime control and develop a safe and secure working environment at AOR in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Planning and Organizing effective Security Management System and handling of impromptu situations

- Crime Control

- Improve Customer Satisfaction Index

- Continuous Improvement of Security Procedures and processes

Requirements:

Security professionals with a proven management experience in Industrial Security/ Armed forces/Police/CPMF /Corporate / Industrial Security.

Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role

- Security Systems Management

- Basic knowledge of law - provisions of IPC, CrPC, Arms Act, Labor Laws, PSARA, etc. Relevant to Security Services.

- Fire & Disaster Management- Basics

- Technical Convergence for security- Basics

- Auditing & basic financial management

- High customer orientation

- Effective Communication Skills, Proficiency in MS office, Excel, Power point

- Analytical skills, Good PR skills,Soft skills

- Security professionals with a proven management experience within the Security industry in Industrial Security/Armed forces/Police/CPMF/Corporate Security.

- He/ She must possess a sound working knowledge of relevant legislation & security best practices affecting the security role.

- Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role

Educational qualifications ( Threshold educational background required to execute the role ): Graduate in any discipline
