Industrial Technical Lubricant Manager - Metal Working Fluids (8-15 yrs)
- Responsible for product development & product management activities of metal working fluid
- Member of strategic group responsible for MWF market development
- Product recommendation, Technical support (Pre-sales, during sales and Post sales), trial support and customer complaint handling.
- Managing a team of 3 chemists and 2 technicians for metal working fluid product development and technical support to customers.
- Developed series of Metal working fluids (soluble), neat machining fluid, stamping, drawing and Corrosion preventives with Quaker India. Products are successfully running in local as well as global automotive companies (E&T), bearing industry and general machining and grinding industry (Tier-1 & Tier-2).
- Successfully localized global formulations using local/alternate raw materials to develop a few low cost products for profitability and increasing contribution margin.
- Coordination with R&D lab for futuristic product development projects and involved in conducting necessary product validation exercise - field trials and product establishment
- Worked closely with local product management/sales team to understand market needs and delivering products accordingly Experienced in technical support service/trouble shooting at customer's premises.Setting up of regional labs to support customer for faster complaint resolution
