Infiiloom - Executive - Raw Material Store (4-8 yrs)
1) GRN preparation for all Inward of Textile Raw material (yarns)
2) Checking of Documents with physical receipt of goods.
3) Raw material issuance to all plants as per material requirement from Planning thru respective plants.
4) Daily Entries in SAP for receipt and issuance of material
5) Documentation for all despatches (Gate Pass, Challan, Eway Bill, GST Challan etc.)
6) Submission of documents to Accounts/Finance.
7) Cycle counting of material and stock and ensuring to update to the same (Conduct Physical Verification of inventory on monthly basis.) & prepare the inventory Document in SAP & maintaining Positive Status of Inventory.
Other requirements :
1) SAP-MM module is mandatory
2) Advance Excel, Word for preparation of reports and presentation
