At least 5 years- experience in Aggregates, sand, fly ash, admixture Procurement
1. Implement VMI and consignment-based stocking for aggregates/sand (Implementation at respective areas)
2. Conduct routine negotiations, obtain market intelligence by interface with key common suppliers and industry associations, Benchmarking of prices against competition (our prices should be lower than competition in 95% cases)
3. Working capital management Negotiate payment terms with vendors
4. Implementation of procurement BOS, audit recommendations
5. Implementation of tender committee process
6. Address supplier grievances and hold regular meets
7. Proactive monitoring of stocks
