Role description:
Lead the Product development initiatives of Heating Division
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Leading Innovation Projects.
2. Designing new configuration for Boiler and Heater.
3. Lead the team on cost saving projects.
4. Part of CFT team to implement product development process.
Critical Competencies for the Job:
1. Sound Knowledge of Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, Combustion and Energy Systems
2. Good knowledge of Mathematical Modelling
3. Knowledge of Analysis tools like Ansys
4. Quick learner
5. Team Player
