Innovation Technical Leader - Automotive Systems (6-12 yrs)
Job requirements:
Technical responsibilities:
Define:
- Innovation project planning
- Technical targets definition
Ensure:
- Innovation fueling process in line with current trends and assess new ideas/objectives, propose innovation solutions
- Innovation project milestones are respected
- Compliance to the Innovation Delivery Process and deliverables
- Proper resource definition and allocation on each project
- That all risks on innovation projects are properly assessed, managed and removed,
- Report Innovation status (IRC, MIC, Gates)
- Report & Promote Innovation internally
Support:
- Acquisition
- Worldwide network, drive outside communication with customer for external funding & promotion of Innovations (TechDays- )
- Targeted business programs and pilot program are identified and up-to-date
- Project marketing & communication strategy is defined and developed
Management responsibilities :
- Manage & secure projects Technical, Quality, Cost performances
- Drive partnerships with suppliers, Universities, Institutes.
- Manage and improve Innovation Delivery Process
- Team coordination, need to allocate resources Application, Generic information-
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Automotive Systems, Complete Seat, Structures & Components (Design/Testing/Manufacturing)
- Project management processes
- Leadership, team building, experience in management could be a plus
- Communication and presentation skills
- English required
