Installation & Maintenance Engineer (2-4 yrs)
The person should have 2 to 4 years experience in solar PV installation and maintenance.
- The job involves site survey, solar system design, shading analysis, installation and maintenance of solar PV systems, obtaining referrals and interfacing with the admin/ engineering teams of customer / Equipment Suppliers as well as DISCOMs.
- The job involves ensuring customer delight and top notch service delivery as per company norms.
- The person would be responsible for the the customer satisfaction for the assigned customer accounts.
- This is a field job and also involves supporting and training technicians and electricians.
Qualifications : Diploma in Electrical Engineering or BSc.
Note :
The company is in a start up phase and likely to remain so for some time and during this period it is not required to have any PF registration. The employees would also have to obtain a health/ medical insurance on their own as the company would not have a group insurance policy for initial few years.
