Purpose of the Role :

Person would be independently handling all the Installation / Demo / Preventive Maintenance / Repairs / Escalations of the GC, GCMS, GCMSMS, & GCHS Systems. This candidate will help & deliver customers on the required applications support for the said systems .

Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate who provides service support on GC & GCMS Products to external customers. This includes reactive actions that result in a timely and cost effective problem resolution for customer and proactive preventive actions.

- Requirement to undertake quality & organized customer training at COE lab to educate customer & enrich customer experience

- To provide solution support activities including troubleshooting, method developments & tech transfers primarily based in COEs & on-site for above products

- Requirement to Perform PM, Repair, Validation on the above products

Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 16,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile

This person need to have minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience with the Chemistry background of handling GC-SQ / GC-QQQ / GC-HSS / HPLC / LC-QQQ systems

He should also have the capability of doing the onsite / off site customer trainings on said products effectively. He should have the valid Masters degree in Chemistry or Analytical chemistry or the equivalent .

Person must be willing to travel extensively in the assigned region.
