Instrument Tube Fitter (4-8 yrs)
Job Description :
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Capable of reading the instrument hook up drawings thoroughly and identify the instrument fittings & material.
- Identify and receive physically the hook up materials in accordance with the BOM& Isometric/hook up drawings.
- Complete knowledge of proper instrument tubing activity.
- Survey the site location and identify the tapping points and quantify the required tube materials & fittings.
- Complete the tubing connection from the instrument to the tapping point by calculating the exact bending radius & slopes.
- Performing the leak test of the installed pneumatic & hydraulic hook ups.
- Installation of instrument stanchions along with instruments such as gauges and transmitters with necessary supports and cable trays.
- Fabrication and installation of cable trays.
