Instrumentation Design Engineer (5-8 yrs)
JD for Instrumentation design engineer :
Preparation of design and drawings as per codes and standards followed in oil and gas industry.
- Completes projects by preparing engineering design and documents and confirming specifications.
- Design of instruments like Level Transmitters, Pressure Gauges, temperature transmitters, flow transmitters, Control valves, Pressure transmitters, gas detector, Limit Switches, RTDs, Control Valves, PVRV, PSV, ERV etc.
- Preparation of Instrument Index & Preparation.
- Preparation of Loop Diagrams & Wiring Diagrams for Conventional Instruments.
- Preparing & checking of JB wiring diagram, Hook-up drawings.
- Preparation of Instrument Hook-Ups with the interpretation of SPI as well as AutoCAD and calculation of BOQ.
- Preparation of various instrumentation related construction Drawing/ documents like Instrument Hook-Up Drawings, Instrument Junction box, Wiring Diagrams, Mounting Details, Instrument cable tray.
- Preparation of As-Built Instrument Loop Drawing.
- Preparation of Interconnection Wiring Diagrams.
- Preparation of Instrument cable Tray Supports diagrams.
- Mapping the interfaces with other disciplines.
- Control room layout design.
Preparation of overall SOP, ESD
- Witness FAT, SAT.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (2d & 3d)
