Job Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
Experience: 3-5 years in Agrochemicals/ Specialty Chemicals experience
Job Description:
- Preparation of Datasheets, Specifications, Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluation, and Review of Vendor Documents including Sizing And Selection of different types of field Instruments as below - Pressure Transmitter (PT) - Flow Meter - Control Valve (CV) - Pressure Reducing Station (PRS) - Safety Valves(SV)
- Preparation of Engineering Deliverables as part of the Project which includes Instrument Index, IO list, Nest loading, JB Schedule, JB Drawings, Process Hookups, Pneumatic Hookups, Loop Diagrams, Cable schedule, MTO, Instrument Location Layouts, Instrument Cable Schedule, Cable andTray Routing, Cable laying, Cable Termination, IS calculations, Drive interface drawings.
- Logic development as per Cause and effect diagram, Single Line Diagram (SLD) as per Load List & over all SLD.
Skills - Mandatory - Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ISA, IEC, API)
Software Skills- Basic: Basic AutoCAD 2D, Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
Software Skills - Advanced: Shall be conversant with Smart Plant Instrumentation Tools SPI [INTOOLS] or AVEVA
